Three Key Points Affect the Coal Briquette Machine Production Line

Coal production line can be divided into industrial coal production line and civilian coal production line. At present the industrial coal production line has a wide range. The three key points affecting coal briquette machine production line are as following:

1. The choice of binder. The quality of binder has a close relationship with the hardness and density of the finished coal briquettes and production cost, so before starting up, we must deploy proper binder based on the materials properties and the requirements on the quality of the final products. Wide source, good effect and low price are important factors we have to consider in selecting binder.

2. Material uniformity. The material particle size and hardness will affect the suppression effect and work efficiency of coal briquette machine, so the material uniform or not will directly affect the quality of the coal briquettes. Before the material enters into coal briquette machine and be suppressed, we should measure material particle size in detail first according to the type of coal briquette machine we choose. If the particle size is too big, the material should be first crushed finely by impact crusher, jaw crusher, or hammer crusher until it meets the particle size requirement for entering coal briquette machine. During the process of material entering the coal briquette machine, uneven feeding will also affect the coal briquette machine’s efficiency. Therefore, we should feed coal briquette machine by means of quantitative feeding. By the way, the main equipment for feeding are pendulum feeder, disc feeder, etc.

3. The moisture and drying process. There might be such a case that the material seemed to be too wet or too dry. If the unqualified material enters directly into coal briquette machine for pressing without handling with it beforehand, it will cause material adhesion or briquettes out of shape. As a result, the material moisture must be proper, not too dry or too wet. When it’s too dry, we can mix it with a certain amount of water to increase its moisture content. And if it’s too wet, we can dehydrate it through drying process. Besides, we can still dry the finished briquettes after pressing, which is more time-saving and more economical.
