The Countermeasures for the Failure of Briquette Machine

Failure 1: Video Scroll

The video and images are scrolling in the monitor, most of which are caused by video synchronization. The 24VAC briquette machine adopts automatic synchronization according to the phase of the AC power supply with adjustable menu and the selecting of automatic phase synchronization functions. If the power supply automatic synchronization phase leads to failure, it may in the menu to manually set the phase values to solve the synchronization problem.

Failure 2: Repeatedly Restart

The repeated restart of the briquette machine is due to the low power supply of the equipment, which is not enough to cause the drive of the briquetting machine. Firstly, use the multi meter to detect the power supply voltage of the machine, which must be measured in the load (ball) and open conditions, so as to determine whether there are power supply problems. The particular note is that power consumption of the open and closed states of the heater are far more different from each other. When supplying the electricity, the maximum power of the briquetting machine must be considered to ensure the normal power supply of the machine.

Failure 3: The Control of Codes

When the briquette machine has irregular rotation, firstly check whether the center equipment has malfunctions, and then check whether the random scan mode in the menu is started. If the above steps are normal, it is mostly because the data communication line is interfered or uninterrupted, so the garbled information is sent. Electromagnetic interference is mainly from the transmission path and the optical deviation in the photo reduction process.
